Congratulations to Mr Elias Baier on passing his final examination
as a plastics and rubber technologist specialising in moulded parts.

He has finally achieved the goal he has been working towards for three years:
Successfully passing the IHK final examination.

Our former trainee can be very proud of himself.
Thanks to his good performance, he was given a permanent contract of employment, which he fully deserved.

Furthermore, Mr Baier has already started further training as a technician specialising in plastics.
As a small graduation gift, he was presented with a programmable pocket calculator, which is very helpful for further training.

OWI GmbH warmly congratulates Mr Baier and wishes him all the best for the future.

We are also delighted that we have been able to recruit new trainees for our company for the 2025 training year.
