PLASTIC

Plastic injection moulding is a versatile process for producing customized parts from plastic. There are virtually no limits to your ideas. It is used in a wide variety of different industries.

In our plastic catalog you can choose between different plastic moulded parts. Below you will find an overview of our own models.
You would like to realize your own design? You are welcome to contact our sales staff. We will be happy to advise and support you.

PRODUCTION

Our machinery includes 15 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 160 to 1,300 tons. All machines are equipped with handling systems that enable automated process sequences. Injection weights of 20 – 8,000 grams can be realized on our injection moulding machines. In addition to classic compact injection moulding, we also specialize in 2K injection moulding, 3K injection moulding, thermoplastic foam moulding (TSG) and monosandwich injection moulding. In addition to all common thermoplastics from soft TPE, polypropylene to highly reinforced polyamides, we also process modern and sustainable plastics such as WPC (Wood Plastic Compounds), NFK (Natural Fiber Reinforced Plastics) and Re-Compounds (Post Production and/or Post Consumer). Mainly natural coloured plastics are used, so we can realize a variety of different colours by adding colour masterbatches. By adding additives (i.e. UV protection, flame retardants) and/or fillers (e.g. talc, glass fibers, glass beads, carbon fibers), we expand the spectrum to include mechanical, technical as well as optical properties to exactly meet your requirements.

TOOLMAKING

For the production of plastic injection moulds you will benefit from our contacts to design offices and specialized injection moulding toolmakers in Germany & Europe. We accompany and support you throughout the entire process.

RECYCLING

All plastic moulded parts we produce are fully material recyclable. A recycling code and material identification are stamped on all moldings.

Since the beginning of 2022, we have been using our own compounding plant to process all rejects produced during production, color changes or the start-up of our injection molding machines. For this purpose, the parts are first chopped up by a shredder and then crushed into pieces of defined size in a mill before being processed into a compound.
